Professional Experience

Alejandra is an associate with Preg O’Donnell & Gillett in the firm’s Portland office. She grew up in San Jose, California and is fluent in Spanish. Alejandra is client oriented and enjoys helping clients navigate through litigation by helping them achieve a positive result with the least amount of interruption to their business.

Alejandra graduated from the University of Portland in 2007 with a B.A. in Environmental Ethics and Policy with a major in Spanish and minor in Philosophy. She earned her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2013. During law school, she was a member of the Native American Law School Student Association Moot Court Team and clerked for a local general business law firm.

Alejandra has a background in business litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction defect, and employment disputes. She has represented clients in jury and bench trials and arbitrations in Oregon. 

Education

Alejandra received her B.A. in Environmental Ethics and Policy, major in Spanish and minor in Philosophy from the University of Portland in 2007.

Alejandra received her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2013.
