Professional Experience
Carlos is an associate in the firm’s Portland office. Carlos has experience working in a variety of construction related disputes including defect claims, contract claims, and lien claims. Prior to joining Preg O’Donnell & Gillett, Carlos was an associate at another Portland area construction defect firm where he represented homeowners, home owner associations, contractors and inspectors in construction related claims. In addition to his experience in construction law, Carlos has also handled complex mass tort cases involving catastrophic injuries, as well as other personal injury and premise liability matters. Carlos had the chance to participate in a number of trials while working in the Lane County DA's office as a certified law student.
Carlos is a Southern California native who has been living in the Pacific Northwest for the last three years. When not practicing law, Carlos enjoys playing sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
