Professional Experience
Britt has over 20 years of experience litigating personal injury cases, as well as complex commercial and product matters in both state and federal courts. Her cases have involved multi-national corporations litigating matters involving accounting fraud, product liability and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Preg O’Donnell & Gillett, Britt was a senior partner at one of the oldest defense law firms in Seattle. She brings a wide range of litigation experience and of outstanding service to her clients.
In over two decades of practice, Britt has enjoyed working closely with her clients to tell their story in a straightforward and compelling manner. Whether the case is large or small, in arbitration, trial or mediation, she thrives on working collaboratively with her clients and to provide them with the best legal service to achieve their goals.

- Britt attended the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
- She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School – Madison in 1989.

Professional & Community Activities
Britt is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, and the Washington Women Lawyers organization.
She has worked on multiple pro bono matters during her career and worked extensively with the Consumer Law Litigation Clinic at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, which provides legal serices to those in need using law students who are mentored by practicing attorneys.
