Professional Experience
Maggie began her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County, and, during her tenure as a prosecutor, she tried over 80 cases to the jury. Before joining Preg O'Donnell & Gillett, Maggie was a staff attorney for Safeco Insurance in Seattle, practicing all aspects of insurance defense litigation. She has had several years of experience as a litigator and has tried, arbitrated and mediated several cases. Maggie frequently serves as an arbitrator for King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.
Maggie enjoys working at Preg O’Donnell & Gillett because of the opportunity to help people in very tangible ways. She enjoys knowing that there are faces to every lawsuit and voices that need to be heard. Attention to detail and a passion for excellence means Maggie is able to help her clients navigate through the labyrinth of a lawsuit.
In her many years of experience, Maggie has realized that the "thank you" from a satisfied client keeps her enthusiastically motivated to continue to pursue the highest level of excellence for all of her clients.
