RECENT NEWS Mark O'Donnell, along with David Chawes, recently authored an extensive review and analysis of the 2005 Amendments to the Washington Condominium Act Mark and associate David Chawes (also certified as an industrial hygienist) authored a Law Review article entitled "Improving the Construction and Litigation Resolution Process: The 2005 Amendments to the Washington Condominium Act Are a Win-Win for Homeowners and Developers". Mark was an appointed member of the special committee which drafted very significant changes to the way construction defect cases are litigated and improving construction quality of multi-family housing. These amendments were effective August 1, 2005. The article was recognized and selected for publication in the Seattle University Law Review and was published in Volume 29, 2006 Law Review.
