Mark O'Donnell argues construction issues before the Washington Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals

Founding member Mark O'Donnell has recently argued cases of significant interest in the construction defect area in the Washington Supreme Court.

On March 2, 2006, Mark presented argument in the Washington Supreme Court in Lakemont Ridge HOA v. Lakemont Ridge, LLC. The issue involved the application of the so-called Notice and Right to Cure statute.

On May 1, 2006, Mark argued significant construction defect issues before Division I of the Court of Appeals in MacLean Townhomes, LLC v. P.J. Interprize, Inc., et al., Case No. 55935-4-I. The issues involved the interpretation of indemnity agreements in Condominium Act cases.
