Daly will become a member of the firm effective January 1, 2007. Jeff has been with the firm for seven years, actively practicing in both Washington and Oregon during that time. His practice focuses on insurance defense and construction defect cases, as well as class actions and other insurance-related matters. Before coming to Preg O’Donnell & Gillett, Jeff was a litigation attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada, and also worked as a property & casualty insurance adjuster handling commercial claims of all types. Jeff will continue to work actively out of both the Seattle and Portland offices of Preg O’Donnell & Gillett.
