Professional Experience

Candace Chuck is an attorney with our Seattle office. Candace is a Pacific Northwest native, and currently handles cases involving construction defect, wrongful death, and motor vehicle accidents.  Prior to joining Preg O’Donnell, Candace experienced litigating claims involving traumatic brain injuries. While in law school, Candace helped gain Medicare coverage for Harvoni, a Hepatitis C drug through the Administrative Law Clinic, and was a metadata intern for the Law Library of Congress.


Candace graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management and minor in International Relations.  Candace earned her JD from Seattle University School of Law in 2017, with a Pro Bono Pledge Outstanding Service Awardee.

Professional & Community Activities

Candace is a member of the King County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Asian Bar Association of Washington.  She is a current trustee and secretary for the King County Bar Association Young Lawyers division, and will be the treasurer in the 2020-2021 year.  She was the Washington Delegate to the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Annual Assembly in 2019, and will serve as the Washington Delegate again in 2020.  Outside of her law practice, Candace previously sat on the Arts Council for the City of Mercer Island, and volunteered for the Alliance for International Women’s Rights.
