Professional Experience

Justin joined Preg O’Donnell & Gillett in 2011 after spending several years at a civil litigation firm in Bellevue, Washington.  He began his legal career defending businesses against claims of employment discrimination and premises liability disputes.  This expanded to defending both businesses and individuals against catastrophic personal injury, contract disputes, and construction defect claims. Justin also represents commercial clients in a variety of complex commercial matters including lease negotiations, breach of contract matters, and employment disputes.  Justin enjoys helping clients to better understand the legal process and ensure they feel that their position is heard and zealously advocated in front of the decision maker.

Justin has grown up in the Pacific Northwest and is a sixth generation Washingtonian with roots dating back the 1850’s.  When he is not in the office, he can often be found rooting on the local sports teams or spending much needed time with his wife, son, and two dogs.

Justin attended the University of Washington where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2003.

He graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006, where he was an Articles Editor for the Gonzaga Law Review.
