We are thrilled to announce a triumphant victory in a recent trial in which the jury found the plaintiff 90% comparatively at fault. The plaintiffs asked for $20,000,000. The jury found much lower total damages of $3,200,000, resulting in a $320,000 verdict after accounting for Plaintiff’s fault. Our legal team’s tenacity, strategic brilliance, and unwavering dedication along with common sense prevailed in the courtroom.
