Professional Experience
Stefan B. Jacobson is an associate attorney with Preg O’Donnell & Gillett. His practice concentrates on insurance defense litigation and his background includes other various areas of civil litigation, including business disputes, property disputes, foreclosures, evictions and complex commercial litigation.
After graduating from law school, he clerked for the Hon. Amit K. Kapoor at the Lane County Circuit Court. Afterwards he entered private practice in the southern Willamette Valley. He recently relocated to Portland to pursue other career opportunities.
Education
Stefan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Political Science.
He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2020. While in law school he interned for the University of Oregon Athletics Program in their NCAA Compliance Department and was a member of the Civil Practice Clinic which ignited his interest in civil litigation.

Stefan is an avid sports fan, especially of the Oregon Ducks, Chelsea FC, and his home state Milwaukee Brewers. He also enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Oregon with his wife and their rescue pup Koda.
