Avin is an associate in the firm's Seattle office. Prior to joining Preg O'Donnell & Gillett, practiced and litigated various subject matters, including aviation, cannabis, common and complex commercial disputes, construction defects, employment, environmental cleanup, insurance coverage, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, product liability, property boundary disputes, and property damage. Education

Avin attended the University of Washington for undergraduate studies where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, Societies & Justice. Thereafter, he attended Seattle University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning CALI Awards – denoting the attainment of the highest grade in a class – in Client Counseling and Negotiation, Constitutional Law, and Legal Writing. Avin also served as an associate editor for the Seattle University Law Review, a member of the law school's Moot Court Board, and a member of the law school's Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
