Professional Experience
Prior to joining Preg O'Donnell, Elena practiced medical malpractice and nursing home negligence insurance defense in Cleveland, Ohio. Her current focus includes employment law, general civil litigation, construction defect, and insurance defense litigation.
Education
Elena graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio in 2021. As a law student, Elena had the opportunity to work as a fellow with the Hugo Grotius International Law Fellowship. She competed on the mock trial team, winning the regional National Trial Competition in 2021 and continuing on to finish in the Final Four at the National Trial Competition in Texas.
