Professional Experience
Prior to joining Preg O'Donnell & Gillett as an Associate, Thien gained several years of litigation experience working in different capacities at two different firms.
Thien constantly keeps apprised of legislative changes in order to always be ahead of the curve regarding compliance. Thien has a unique ability to interact with various personalities in many professions. His experience has afforded him a well-rounded skill set, including excellent critical thinking and interpersonal abilities.
Education
Following six years of law school in Vietnam focusing on International and U.S. Laws, Thien went to Fordham University in New York, then transferred and earned his LL.M. from Florida International University.
He passed the New York Bar Exam in 2019.

Work/Life Balance
Thien is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and is a passionate advocate for rights on gender identity and expression. When Thien isn't in the office, he enjoys spending his leisure time with his husband, their dog, and their cat. He also loves reading, traveling, and practicing yoga and meditation.
